Do I need the Dubbing AI app?+
The earbuds work as standard wired headphones out of the box. The Dubbing AI app unlocks real-time voice changing, the monitor toggle, the voice library, and advanced audio settings.
Is it safe to use while driving or cycling?+
No. Do not use the earbuds — or use only one side — while driving, cycling, or in any situation where you need full awareness of your surroundings. Many regions also prohibit double-ear earbud use while driving.
How do I clean the earbuds?+
Disconnect first, then wipe the casing and connector with a dry, lint-free cloth. Use a soft dry brush on the ear tip mesh. Never use alcohol, ammonia, or aerosol cleaners.
What's covered by the warranty?+
A 1-year limited warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase (proof required). Damage from drops, water ingress, or unauthorized modification is not covered.
How do firmware updates work?+
The Dubbing AI app pushes firmware updates directly. Keep the earbuds connected for the entire update — do not disconnect until the app confirms completion.
