The glitchy voice changer is a small pack of fan-tuned bad-mic presets running on top of Dubbing AI's real-time free voice changer. It layers neural voice conversion with modelled artefacts — bit-crush, packet-loss stutter, VHS chroma bleed — so your mic sounds convincingly broken instead of merely pitched.
Three presets ship with it: Broken Radio (cracked static and dropouts), Robot Malfunction (buzzy vocoder that keeps rebooting) and Alien Signal (ghosty ring-mod interference). Each one works as a standalone funny voice changer or as a layer over any other timbre. Stack sirens, arcade blips and dial-up screeches from the community sounds library when the bit needs an extra shove.
It's a fan project built for chaotic online chat and TikTok bits — not a hardware defect, not a driver hack, and not affiliated with any of the platforms it plugs into.
