Soltuion to Antivirus Software  Blocking Dubbing AI

We have received feedback from users who are unable to download, install, or launch Dubbing AI because of their anti-virus software, such as McAfee or Norton. The issue is caused by older versions of these anti-virus software, which have outdated databases and isolate Dubbing AI's data file.

If you encounter similar problems, please update McAfee's virus database to the latest version by following these steps:

1. Open your McAfee software.

2. Click "Account" at the end of the menu on the left.

3. Click "Update app."

4. Click "Check now" to check for the latest protection against new threats and app enhancements.

5. Click "Done" after the updates are downloaded and installed.

If you are using other anti-virus software and encounter similar problems, you can try upgrading your anti-virus software and virus database to the latest version before attempting to redownload or reinstall Dubbing AI.
